The Sexual Harassment at Workplace 2013 has been notified on 09th Dec 2013 and it is mandatory for all organization to constitute internal complaints committee and follow the guidelines set out by the Act. One of the clause of the Act says that the organization needs to train its employees on the provisions of the new act and organize awareness programs for the employees.
After our six national conferences on the subject along with AZB & Partners and several on site training modules CSDT is organising its intesnive train the trainer workshop
Objective of the workshop is to train your key people, members of the internal complaints committee, chairperson of complaints committee, HR managers, Legal Heads so that these people can further roll this down to entire workforce. This will be a procedure orientation workshop, fcousing on the Act and the obligations of the employers, formation & functioning of ICC, investigation process and record keeping
