Hello Friends! Please let me know if the following salary breakup is valid and conforms to all applicable laws -
1. Basic- 50% of monthly gross
2. House rent allowance- 15% of monthly gross
3. Other allowance- 15% of monthly gross
4. Medical allowance- 10% of monthly gross
5. Conveyance allowance- 10% of monthly gross
Also, it will be very helpful if you tell me if there is any implication of DA on gratuity payment.
