I joined XXX hospital mathura as attending consultant in ob gy department on 20 March 2017.
After they came to know about my pregnancy they made me to join on retainer-ship mode.
Now since it's more than 4 months I am working with them so I asked for maternity leave as I m already 35 weeks pregnant.
They are denying me saying I can't avail it as I HV joined on retainer-ship mode
Please enlighten me
And pave a way to avail maternity leaves
