During this period I was on the bench. After putting paper they alloted me to the project.
My np is 90 days. I would like to be relieved early as after a month. Can I do a buyout option?

It depends on the offer of appointment as well as the Service Rules of the firm. Pl go through it. The management has the right to accept the buy-out request and even to waive the notice period. So you need to take up with your Department Head and HR on what is agreeable to the organisation.
