Dear Monika,
As you said you was working as Dy. Manager and earning 3.6 L which is definitely low salary compared with other companies. But don't worry you will definitely get offer in any organization with 30-40% hike.

Hi Monica,
As you stated that you are jobless since last 3 months, so first and foremost priority for you should be getting a job instead of hike in salary. So keep updating your profile on the various job portals at least twice a week, so that you can get maximum number of interview calls and can land up with a job.

I update my profile thrice a week but get very less opportunities so now pushed to apply for executive level again.
I live in noida and dont want to go for delhi and gurgaon job as recently married.
I have experience of 7 yrs but i am so demotivated for not cracking the interviews. Thinking for not continuing with HR career now
Please guide what to do now

Its good that you have started acknowledging your weakness. After 7 long years you find that you are not in a position to crack an interview implies that you have not recharged yourself with the latest information in these last 7 years. Sorry, I might be wrong. You need to update yourself with all the latest skills and use of HR tools to upgrade yourself. If you could send me your CV, I will be in a better position to point out your area\'s of improvement.

Mr Janardhan,
The advice you provided doesn't seem accurate - would you kindly help all of us understand the basis of stating that "you will get offer in any organization with 30-40% hike"?
Perhaps if you share the names of such organizations, our fellow members who are searching for employment would surely apply there.
