Hi Friends,
Greetings !!
I want to put a suggestion towards our Company's management to have OFF on each or alternate Saturdays.
How can I do the same & what points/ matters are there which I have to show it to them, so that they can be convinced?
Please guide.
Thanks,

1. why you want to provide more/additional off?
2. How it will impact productivity( More/ Less )?
3. How much resources are going to be saved?
4. What is the benefit of management in implementing this?
5. How employee are going to contribute more in return of that?
6. Does management have any expectation from employees in return of this ?

One more to the list of Prashant;
1) How you propose to compensate for loss of man hours on account of these holidays on Saturdays? If you are able to answer this list, you can convince the management, if at all they want to be convinced.

If the same has to be approved by the management on mandatory, then you can say the management that we can increase 30 minutes of work time. Then they will approve.

One suggestion is to approach the problem from 'Work-life' balance, much sought by Gen Y and Z workforce and the impact it has on employee productivity and morale . You can buttress your arguments with data from appropriate research studies, you will find them in net. One spin off will be reduction of office expenses towards electricity, entertainment etc .
