Yes, its really worth to have an R&R for HR team as well because at the end of the day they also hungry for recognition apart from the tough times they go through in their routine work

Star of the month - Monthly recognition - recognize in keeping mind the overall job done in a particular month, you may specify the areas you want to look at while giving away this recognition (Eg: Recruitment % completion, HR Compliance, HR Operations, ER, Grievances handled, Employee Engagement Activities etc)
