Hi All...

I am running through a big question and m looking for an effective solution. M working as an HR-Recruiter with a placement consultancy from last 7 months. As growth in a Placement Consultancy is very limited dat is y i m looking for an opportunity as an HR-Executive/Assistant at any other organisation where I can learn more than recruitment but for that I need to have an MBA degree. Now I am in a big question whether I shall go for Distance Education or the regular one, if I opt for distance will it b advantageous.?? If I opt for regular MBA then I have to leave my job which I am not planning for. Please Suggest me what shall I do at this moment for a better career growth.???

If you have time and money then opt for regular coourse, it has more demand than the distance one.
Correspondance or distance MBA is not prefferred by some branded companies instead I am doing correspondance MBA from IGNOU but I have 7 yrs of experience working at various posts and companies.
But as you are still a fressher/ starter you can complete your full time MBA then look out for job directly in ggod companies and you will be having 7 months of experience always with you.
And experience is never worthless, any type of job experience is always worthfull.

The above friends speak absolutely right. Go for regular MBA that too good colleges. Since you have 7 months experience in Hr activities you can wait for to complete it as one year. And there are various HR openings where they don't stick to MBA candidate.
I w2ould suggest you to wait and move
you can contact me regarding this
All the best

Thanx to all for suggestion....
Well, I was going through the site of IISWBM one of the renowned B-School in Kolkata which is offering MBA programme through Evening Classes. Thou its charging a good amount of around 4.8lacs but that isn't a matter when education loan system is there. I am preferring for it as b'coz for it I don't have to leave my job & at the same time I will also pursue MBA (Part-time).Do you think this will be helpful for me or I shall go Symbi Dist Education.??? Plss Suggest..:-))
