Hi All,
I have been working in a Big MNC for the past 1 year and 5 months.Suddenly one day My manager called me and asked not to go to office since the BG (background verification ) is red. When I called the HR they said the company I worked for almost 7 years back is Black listed now.I asked ,if the company is blacklisted now what I can do for it.They said they will terminate me.After that company(7 years back) I have worked for 2 big MNC .Even I have submitted my resignation till now I don't know the status of it.SInce they blocked my access but no termination letter till now.hope can some one help me..

Approach a good lawyer. They cant terminate you now. You can even claim for damages upto 5 crore and believe me ruling will be in your favour.
Just file a legal law suit. Remember dnt give resignation nor even sign any kind of paper with the present company. Lawyer fee and expenses will be 20k.

Hi,
They cant do that but see the offer letter given to u there might be clause stating that they can terminate u without prior notice and u might have signed it,if so ask that hr manager the next courses of action please dont sign and doc given by the company.
