The best and useful degree for you will be MBA HR from IGNOU ( IGNOU - The People's University) as this degree is recognised by AICTE also. This is important because in case in future you decide to take up academic job ( teaching) due topersonal aspirations or family commitments or any other reason this will be useful. The IGNOU study material is excellent and the process is very good. only thing important is to maintain the discipline and submit your assignments on time and keep the track of readmissions for next course and registration for examinations. it is bit bureaucratic but if you note them or set as reminders on mobile phone it is possible..

Ms Pooja,
There are no off universities offering MBA thro Distnace learning mode. I suggest u go the website of Ministry of Human Resource Developement. Moreover I would like u to remember that any MBA program to be recognized for jobs, it shall be approved by joint council of Distance Education Council, AICTE and Association of Indiam Universities. So chk before enrollment.
All the best.

Doing a distance MBA is it worth anything??I have been working for 2 and half years and also doing my distance MBA.But i have seen very less options for candidates performing distance education.
So can anybody help me to understand how this distance MBA works as in case of my company it just gives you a hike of 15% in the next PMS cycle.
