I am a HR Of a IT company. I \n company HR policies are not employee friendly. Whenever company propse something new it put some clause which seem like against employee.
For making our policies employee friendly i need to do present to the management that our policies are not as per standard. For this i need database. i need clue about policies of other SME IT company.
It shall be really helpful for me. PLease revert.

I appreciate your effort to bring in a change. The research that you have started to validate your suggestion is commendable. Please do include policies followed by the companies in Kolkata. A local reference would add lot more value. Please do make bullet points in the existing policies vis-a-vis to what is practised in the company.
Please do keep in mind that you need to balance the employee champion act with business partner. Keep your points logical and related to the system and not pick on any individual in the system. More importantly, please calculate the business risks that would require to be mitigated, once these policies are implemented. When you propose changes, list all the list and the mitigation plans proactively.
The Employee Handbook that you would find attached in the link is from IT firms in other cities.
