I am joining an MNC and my experience letter of the last firm is 20 days more than what I actually worked there.
I am treated as a fresher. My experience is 3 months 22 days written on the letter, instead of 3 months
It is is lesser than 6 months cutoff for experienced candidates so pay will be accordingly.
Will this cause a problem in the background check? Please guide.
