You don't want to burn bridges and this employer may have a better offer for you down the road. So, don't get into any specifics. Even if the hours are awful, the work environment is terrible or the pay isn't enough to make ends meet, don't mention it.

In my existing company, I had sign services agreement for 1 year in case if I will break this services agreement than I want to pay 3 months of gross salary .
But now I am not at that position to pay such big amount is near about 1 lakh. I was tried for personal loan that not approved by bank.
