Hi, I have joined in a company X On 19th April 2017, i left the company on 14th may 2018 because of medical issue and i did not serve notice period too , on the same month i got offer from company Y and requested to join on 28th may 2018 , i joined the company Y without showing my past employment , after days i somehow managed to get the relieving letter from my past company X but unfortunately they mentioned date as 1st june 2018 as my LWD. I asked the HR why it has stated as june 1st because i left the company on may 14th 2018 itself, but HR said that they have processed the salary for that month, in payslip mentioned like WO- 24(including my leaves), LOP- 7, finalized date- 1st june 2018.
Now i got an offer from company Z , in my CV i have mentioned my current and past experience so, the company Z asked me to submit the past company RL and current company Offer letter , later in BGV they noticed 5 days overlapping but i have proper payslip for the past company that they paid me only for the no of days i worked. What should i do now if failed in BGV? Will they revoked my offer? Will it affect my future employment?

Dear Anony,
Yours is a case of dual employment or employment overlap. I suggest you speak with company Z and show that you were paid only for the days you worked there. Try to settle this amicably.
What worst can happen? Yes, they can revoke your offer! however no, it wont affect your future. Though you must put all your efforts in sorting this out with your previous employers coz this will reflect in all your future BGVs.
