Hi, HR informed me my BGV is red after 4 months of joining the company..and informed me to resign she made sure I will get an immediate release and informed me I will not get relieving letter but I will get an experience letter after 21 days. Will I get an experience letter?

This can be answered only by an insider in your company and who is the dealing authority. There are many such queries in this forum where the authorities have shied away in giving experience certificate. Do you think the words of the HR person can be taken at the face value?

Dear Friends,

It is funny thing to note that on the one hand the COMPANY is asking the employee to go due to whatever reason, on the other hand they say 'you will get experience letter after 21 days'. How much does it take to issue experience letter. It is a pure and simple harassment. Company may give 100 reasons but all are flimsy.

Dear Anonymous Querist,

The facts as you state pertains to BGV which has been reported to be red. In such circumstances when BGV is found suspicious or untrue the employment can be terminated any time by the employer without giving any notice. In your case you are being advised to resign that seems, at least to me as an individual, a good option extended to you. It is immaterial whether you get experience/relieving letter or not provided your EPF was not deducted. If EPF was deducted, then try to obtain relieving/experience letter amicably.

Please do not expect anything to happen overnight or within time you desire. Faith is always rewarded, Remember God makes everything beautiful in His time.

With good wishes for your future endeavours. Always report everything correctly in your application/resume wherever you apply for a job.
