Dear Sir,
Kindly send me a copy of the notification for my reference.
Further, now an lady employee is drawing her salary Rs. 12000/- and hereafter from 01.05.10 her contribution goes but can she get maternity benifit , almost from past 1 year there was no contribution in her name. how will she get the benifit?

Hi to all, i want to know from all, increse in ceiling will that really help the employess who will newly going to cover , because to get any benefit from ESI, the insured person has go arround the ESI office number of times
Take my case, due to new ceiling i will cut arround Rs 880 per month, it may arround 10,560 per anum.I can go for any private medical insurance with that amount, where i can get treatment in corporate hospitals me and my family also .......
Here in ESI to get benefit for parents their is one cutoff in their wage per month.
I need all your comments onthis...........
