hey even i got some friend request from unknown names (names which i read on cite hr)but i did not accept them, coz i was not sure who that person is. gud that i didnt accept.

This is not Acceptable at all. We people being handling Human Resource Management should have basic ethics on our behaviour and communicating to people.

THis kind of activity by any person through CIteHR should be condemned by one and all. I think name of such shouldbe made known to all in forum. Why have sympathy with such a person?
Administrator should remove his name form the membership of the forum.
this is least should be done to save credibility and prestige of the citehr otherwise cite will loose good and intelligent members.
