I worked at KSK Dibbin Hydro Power Private Limited located at B-1, Sector 4, Noida (U.P.) for 11 months before leaving the job in February 2010. Somehow, I found out my PF account number - AP/HY/59995/24. However, the Hyderabad office informed me that the establishment has only maintained accounts up to 2007-08, so they cannot verify this account number. What is the procedure to obtain my correct account number? My employee number is 136127, and my date of joining was July 16, 2008. My employer is also unwilling to provide any information.
I have several questions:
(1) Is this PF account number correct? If not, what would be the correct PF account number? (Employer is uncooperative)
(2) How much balance remains in my PF account, and how much can I claim?
(3) I have filled Form Number 19. If the employer refuses to attest it, who else can attest it? Can a gazetted officer do it?
(4) Do I need to fill out other forms besides Form 19? If yes, which ones? Considering I am 26 years old, do I need to fill out Form 10C?
(5) Where should I send this form - to the Noida office or Hyderabad? What is the address?
(6) Can I send the form with the information I possess?
(7) What is the complete procedure to claim my PF balance?

My name is REKHA.K.R. my PF No. MH/41081/28242. I was working with Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd {Wilson Garden Branch} has CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE for FBD Process {VODAFONE PROCESS} employee no 602027 from the date of 29th Feb 2008 to 25th Mar 2009. then after i had applied for PF In the month June 2009 through the ADMIN Department Mr. DARSHAN KUMAR.B.L. in wilson garden office who is working as Asst Admin, after some months I didn’t get my pf amount
So later again in the month of Dec 2009 once again I have filled the application with Admin head Rajesh, but even still today, I haven’t received my PF Amount
But according the MUMBAI PF Office confirmation, still now they haven’t got my application for process at all, Can u pls tell me sir weather I will receive my PF Amount or not sir, the employees u have filled the form in the month of February 2010 has already got the PF Amount in July 2010

I would like to inform you that there is a pending case in the Supreme Court between Group 4 security and the EPF department regarding the breakdown of the minimum wage (basic salary less than MW). Therefore, we need to wait for the decision for some time.
