labour court deals with the adjudication of Industrial Disputes to any matter in 2nd Schedule. Any disputes relating to interpretation of standing Order, any discharge, dismissal will come under labour court.

since you have completed your mba in hr ... you should go for code 55 ...the syllabus for code 55 is same as the syllabus for mba hr ... but if you opt for code 17 .then it would be a bit difficult for you because it would also include subjects like marketing , finance etc...
