I appreciate ur attitude to share whatever ppt/ material u have and I thank immensely for the same. But I request u to kindly check whether the materials are downloadable and not corrupted. Most of the pdf files and all the PM video files u have posted are not downloadable as they are corrupted.

Hi Govans
Please use the latest version of pdf to view the pdf files and real player to view the video files. When U say most of the files are corrupted then there is no purpose of posting it. Plz let me know the specific files which I can reload.

If you expect that the materials will be available so that U can blindly take and use, then you are in the wrong side of the ground. What ever I got I shared with you. I am using that for reference and I make my training materials with that and conduct training. I feel those are extremly useful. That is Y I posted. I had already requested to inform me about the corrupted files so that I can reload those. If it is of no use for U plz leave it alone........! And I think that it is unprofessional if u use the same materials in which somebody sacrificed their time and intellect. I should say, U can refer to that and make a better one. So if U expect short cuts then I am sorry.
No pain no gain.
I posted all those by spending my valuable time for sharing what ever I had with citeHR members.
So Mr.Ritesh,
I am going to continue my posting.
