My boss has given me a project of doing some framework on WAR ROOM in the office. I have to work on this & I really dont know how to initiate this process, as well as how to do a framework on the concept of management trainee program in the organization during Probation period?
I have to make a Management Trainee program as well.

Hi Nidhi, You need to define the purpose of War-room. Usually war rooms are made so that any deviations are corrected on time, therefore, process has to be in place.

This war room concept is planned specially for Mktg. people, to make them realise the real conditions of market place. As boss has explained to me , all the marketing people will come together in this room & then start a discussion or something like that...........
So what do you suggest, how to make a framework on this concept..........
