Hi,
Sudipto,
Salary slip is required to prove that u have been paid for the work done and acknowledgement thereof in a org.Its importance depends on your future reqirement for new job change and demanding more salary to to what u have been receiving.
Form 16 & Form 16 A are required for filing income tax returns every finacial year by the employer ,which contains details of salary paid for the year and remitance if any made into banks whare TDS is deducted / effected.
Importance of pay slip is relevent and important in the light of valued explaination by others members and as stated by me above.
It is you who would understand from all responses posted.
