One employee resigned from his last company w.e.f 01.11.2014. There he got the PF benefit for last two months only. After a gaping of 4 months he have joined his current company on March 2015 as HR trainee with out statutory benefits. Now he will be regularized w.e.f 01.08.2015 with statutory benefits as per CTC.
He has not withdrawn his PF from the previous company yet. So now whether he submit the same UAN no to his current company or he has to register as a fresh employee?
