I am agree with you statement and will appreciate if you will provide me the court judgement of such cases, bcz in general it is not applicable untill unless a person will approach to court. The fact is first one has to complete the 5th year and then 240 days in each year, if both statement will satisfy then one can get the same. I knew that few of the court cases are still pending in Tamilnadu court but i am not aware about their judgement, if you have the hudgement then you can sgare with us otherwiase its very diffcult to go along with you at least at this stage.
