Hi I am Vikas. I am certified soft skills trainer. Although i have done trainings in China, in India i still feel a little left out on VnA skills. Is there anyone who has some material on the same and can share it? Does anyone have a PPT or anything else for that matter?
regards

How is the market trend in general for V&A trainers? What are the future prospects in this field apart from BPOs

Voice and accent these days focus on training you on having a Neutral Accent and training you about the nitty gritties of the country's accent so that you can understand the person on the call.

Thanks (Cite Contribution),
I clicked on Cecil Berry.... and found links to JenniferESL's presentation on Lear Pronunciation of English Vowel Soinds... at Learn Pronunciation of English Vowel Sounds 1 - Introduction - YouTube
However, one comment, There is nothing like a Standard English Accent; people have different accents in different parts of England, Scotland and Wales.

Greetings,
You are so true , we were trained on Accent Neutralisation . You are so right about the differences as the training for Queen' English and BBC english used to be entirely different. The content that was shared during those training isn't available on Youtube or Vimeo .

Hi, I have informally taught children (elementary education) with English but I only have a slight idea on how to start with professional people. How do I go about it? Thank you so much.
