Please ignore completely, I am a Nigerian and in HR, the NLNG is a big organisation in Nigeria and will not offer you appointment without sending you a letter, usually from the immigaration to procure STR visa, the letter is fake, also note that the government is working relentlessly to track down those behind the many scams in emanating from Nigeria.

Secondly expat quotas are not procured by the employee but by the employer through the Nigeria immigration service. The language of the letter , the terms and conditions are not professional and the location of the job is not specific.
