    Since March, I have been submitting the EPF contributions using the Excel format only. However, my system got corrupted, and I lost all the files. I was using an old version which was good and easy. I am unable to find that format now; the current one is completely different.

  • Sir, I was using the Excel file format since March 2012, but I downloaded a new one in May 2012.

    1. The first sheet is an introduction where we can edit anything.
    2. The second sheet is where we need to fill in all the names, wages, contributions, etc.
    3. We should update the month and year; the sheet will automatically calculate all the figures like 2%, and we are not able to edit anything else.

    All the calculations filled in the challan are used while submitting online after uploading the ECR Excel file. This process is straightforward. Please let me know if you can assist with this and send me the file.

  • 1st sheet background was purple or blue.
    The 2nd sheet was white as you sent me, and the header was in gray color.
    The 3rd sheet was fully gray, but the editable cells were in white; only 2 or 3 cells could be edited. After updating everything, I used the "save as" option command... It was very easy to work with.
