check the mentioned lines in .txt file.. There must be some error.. It should be in correct format.. There must not be any "," in any field..

Dear Mr.Rakesh,
Mention the data in the specified fields. If data is not there put 0 in the specified fields.
Example If NCP days is there mention the days as well if arrears is there mention the arrears amt in the respective field. If nothing is there mention 0[ZERO], then upload it well get.
