Dear Jhadhav,
First of all the first employee named SANTAJIRAO his father's name i suppose it should be ABASAHEB instead of BABASAHEB
2. The last row i.e Reason for leaving it should have width of 1.
3. The gender column should also have character 1 or Width 1 Spacing.
4. Why after employee 192 named Santosh you have started writing MR. before there name it is not required.
Just correct above mistakes and then let me know if you are still having problem uploading the file.

firstly download the ECR Verson 5.0 from Epfo site and then open it
you will find a simple option and fill the whole data and you will find a cvc file and upload it

As per the error code , the data is not correct format. Please check the uploading file and correct it.
"(Error Code 001) Data is not as per Annexure-II format 14 Fields separated by #~#) on line number 1"
If you share the recent uploading file i will correct it and send you the same.
