Do as I said,
First thing its not Annexure 11 it is Annexure II
1) Upgrade your old E return tool version 4.0 to 5.0
2) Go to reports their you will get Generate Annexure II file for uploading on ECR portal
3) If your data is insufficiant it will show you in Part B, fill the data.
4) If you get Part B blank then your data is correct.
5) Generate the Annexure II text file and upload it on ECR portal.
