Even I am thinking of taking legal steps now, as far as signature is concerned - it was on accounts voucher stating slarary details aand lta, bonus details only, I did not signed any f&f statement or sheet etc.
I will take help of labour court now, and usually they and their vendor are also not complying with staff deputed at site, hence my approach to labour court will take their entire practice into picture.
