Thanks for appreciating Capt. I do not want to reach to any conclsion in hurry. This is a situation which has been continuing for last one year on an on&off basis, which does bring hindrence in performing many tasks (for myself majorly & to other associated people). I have again started bringing this concers to my present boss and have been gradually succeeded to push her to speak to her immediate boss, so that some process can be brought on to the place.
Will continue posting on the status of this case here, as, by discussing the issues/cases here, I try to analys the situation rationaly whily trying to find out solution for the same, and I must thank all of you for the same:).

Hi I am pratap
I was facing simillar situation.
What i did that i communicated problem to senior .
He was not able to give proper solution.
Then i conveyed problem to even senior position.
Still there was no use as they didnt took it seriouslly by saying that
If employee is working good then we wont pay attention to his
misbehaviour.
What i did was Started building repo with the problem employee
by copying his body language ,tone of voice and understanding his
belif system ,which worked good .
Problem person is coorporative ,and i am able to hadle her.
MY suggestion build a rapo by copying body language,tone of voice
and by understanding her belif system .
