Hi,
From March i was submitting the EPF contribution through the excel format only but my system got corrupted & lost all the files.
i was using old version it was good & easy
please let me get that format, by searching i am not getting that format its totally different.

Sir i was using the excel file format from March-2012, but i downloaded in May-2012,
1. 1st sheet was introduction we can edit anything in 1st sheet.
2. 2nd sheet was we have to fill all the names, wages, contribution etc..
3. we should update month & year, it will calculate all the calculations automatically for Eg:2% etc & we are not able to edit anything else.
All the calculation which we fill in the challan while submitting online after uploading ecr excel file.
This is very easy to do, pls let me know whether u can do this find & send me that file pls....

1st sheet background was purpal or blue.
2nd sheet was in white as u send me & header was in gray colour.
3rd sheet was in fully gray but edit cells was in white, only 2 or 3 cells can be edited
after updating everything i use to save as some option command was there...
it was very easy for working
