My background verification has been failed due to red marked in my pre-employment even after having the genuine experience.
My Old Company was not registered and it is closedown as well. Verification agency has done physical verification. And from neighborhood nobody has confirmed that as that was their before 5 years.
We use to get salary by cheque and I have bank statement for that.
How can we prove my employment?
Please Help.

Hi Roopam....Can you please let us know how these third party verify the educationl certification ....Can we verify the same .......is there any website or database wherein we can go ahead and check whether the certifications showing by the candidate are valid or not.

If yes then how will they do it in a government university where previous students count is in millions and if you just call them they will not even answer ? How they deal in such kind of big universities when university is in some north state ? Please answer ASAP.
