I hope U just consult with your senior authorities.They can you in getting better employee force to make feel comfortable in the same company.

Sometimes telling your prospective employer your reasons would only complicate things for you, ie they would believe that with same reasons you might decide to leave within a shot period which they wouldn't want.
I suggest you tell them you are out for more challenging responsibilities in a work environment which gives room for personal growth.
