In todays highly competive when a person has more than one job offer in his hand the best way of recruitement is by referral hiring as it gives the candidate an assurance that he would not be treading alone on an unkown path. But incase of multiple positions it is always better to seek assistance of HR Consultants as they have a ready database of resumes and have access to various job portals.
