hi, i am currrently working as asst manager in hr dept. i have 4 years of work ex. i have also done MMS in HR from Mumbai University. can anyone tell me if xlri satellite prog pgchrm is any diff from MMS course and if i should go for it? i want to do a course which will be a value add for me now to climb up the ladder.

In interview the Profs- of XLRI focus on your futre palning depending on your present & past experiences...that's the only thing they are judging, how you express your plan & experience......

Can u share ur exp's on interview questions and also any specific questions regarding computer knowledge? i m not well versed with so much of computers.I just know MS word, excel and PPT.

They asked me to introduce myself and elaborate on my current role.
The interviewers basically wanted to know about my personal achievements and then evaluate how important may this course be for me.
I'm still awaiting my results! Wish me luck :)
