As I see most employers will now have to take certain calls besides paying for mandated contributions. viz.:
1. Delete employees now eligible from existing private group health insurance
2. Continue health insurance coverage over and above ESIC
3. Increase Salary Levels for employees by at least 4.75% to exclude them from ESIC
4. Combination of option 2 & 3,
5. Combination of option 1 & 3
6. Any other, please specify
Shall appreciate if all in HR respond to the above stating:
