Hi All,
I have recently joined a company as asst.manager HR,its been 45 days only,,,,now my company is terminating me without giving any notice,,and the reason of termination is i have approached my CEO for issue related to the organization and which is suggest by ED of my company than i do the same ,,,I am not in any fault.The management staff is manipulating the thing.No one giving me the specific reason or answer. I am feeling cheated.
Please let me know that what all I can do against the company and for my right...
