Just an update if nobody knows, that's not the only reason I left the job. There are a few more reasons, but it wouldn't be professional to discuss them here. For those who think I am a fresher and that it was my first job, FYI, my total work experience is 8 years as of now, excluding the previous company. I know very well how to work and react in such situations. I am not a loser. I asked about this because I have never come across situations like this before. It's nice to hear some positive words. Anyway, everything is sorted now.

Hi Mr. X,

I just want to inform you that they won't go legally until you have signed any terms & conditions regarding the time periods for the work (bonds). I want to emphasize that the culture of every company has its unique identity; each company has its different culture. The company will not conform to your terms & conditions, but you have to adapt to the employees, management, and the culture. If you proceed with this mentality, you won't succeed anywhere. So, my friend, just adapt to it. They are compensating you for your work.
