Can any body suggest, how to write a Appraisal letter for mangement seeking for promotion,
I am working in logistics department , this year i had a moderate apprasail apart from my best performance throught the year.
As management is also aware of the same and has been considered , but top management has ruled out the words.
Request any body to please post a Draft seeking for self apprasail for Logisticts.

Most of the appraisals are useful, but employee should understand the present conditions of his job description or profile of his job then only he can be answer, so in that angle the appraisals are some modifications required. Considered should be objective feedback i.e. a tick mark type. Will you please any body post like model temp-lets. Which will be very useful for all type of organisations/Industries.
