Can any body suggest, how to write a Appraisal letter for mangement seeking for promotion,
I am working in logistics department , this year i had a moderate apprasail apart from my best performance throught the year.
As management is also aware of the same and has been considered , but top management has ruled out the words.
Request any body to please post a Draft seeking for self apprasail for Logisticts.

Considered should be objective feedback i.e. a tick mark type. Will you please any body post like model temp-lets. Which will be very useful for all type of organisations/Industries.
