Where as I know, I share my knowledge with you that Provident Fund organization issue loan to its subscriber after complition of five year but now recently this clause has been amended and three year subscriber may also apply for loan throught PF Form 31.
Where as you asking gratuity- If your organization made payment towards gratuity fund, then partial payment of gratuity is possible not loan.
