First of all you must have clarity and convinced for the termination by your Mentors/Reporting officer. Being positive, you will be definetly having more oppurtunity from your bad experience.
People do mistakes commonly but the one who learns from his/her mistakes are the ones who makes most of their learnings.

First Option
In ur case , u write a mail to ur Managing Director or president and brief about the facts and give apology and request him that , the feedback to be positive if cheked by the prospective employer.
Second Option - file a case against the employer through the Advocate and also register the complaint with the Labour commisioner office for getting the justice.
Now choice is urs .
