We had real fun today. I am at the office and a part of the celebration. The most interesting part was that there were emails sent to individual inboxes with questions about India, independence, culture, etc. The first person to reply to the email with the correct answer was getting a goodie. Real fun.

You can ask all of them to wear a white dress or national flag colors dress. Wearing this color dress makes the environment change. Allow each one to share the honest experience they had in their life. Sing patriotic songs, keep a flag at the entrance of the office. If you have any ex-serviceman in the office, ask him to give a small speech on the topic. Decorate the office with a few flowers and finally distribute sweets and have a cup of tea/coffee along with the staff members.
