Deal All,
I would like to share with all those, they are planning to do MBA from Distance Leaning. Its fruitless and this things you can understand after completion of your degree and faced a lot of difficulties to get a good job in esteemed organisation. Most of good companies consider only regular MBA person. So my personal advice to all to do MBA/PGDBA from regular college/Institute. If you have any query related to this feel free to ask any time.

-Dear Mr. Sanjeev,
I am sorry to say that you are demotivating someone,
The person persuing corresdence MBA must be from a middle class level, who thinks of supporting family financialy as well as earning own expenditure of studies.
No matter from where and how you are persuing studuies, I think its your theoritical and practical knowledge that is what required by a successful manager in an organisation.

Dear
I have shared only a practical thing not a theoritical because I have aslo completed my PGDBA in HR from Symbiosis, Pune as distance learning. I have also gone though various problems after completion PGDBA (HR) to get a job.My purpose was not to demotivating someone. I want if you can afford regular institute fee then first choice would be regular otherwise distance learning.
For distance leaning, IMT Gazaibad is one of the best option. Dont forward for Symbiosis and IGNOU.
