Do not get desperate, have patience, once you are absorbed in an employment, its the organisation also would benefit with your skills expertise so no need to panic if you are little weak on some aspect. Labour Laws are part of work which can be learned, understood. You are an HRM & HRD professional and I am sure you understand all aspects of functions and topics important to execute your role.

It's Good to see HR community in Qatar. Iam Sabareesh, completed MSW - HR from PSG (Coimbatore) and currently joined in company at Qatar as a Welfare Officer. I have around 5 yrs of Experience in HR & IR in Indian Companies. This is my first job in middle east. So i need all HR's help to tackle the situations that prevails in Qatar.
