Sir, you rightly said that "Draft Rules" on Code of Wages, 2019 are notified by Central Government, however these are not rules having final assent. So, what Rajasekar stated is correct.
These "Draft Rules" are notified second time on 07.07.2020 revising earlier one giving notice to all stake holders that these rules will be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of forty-five days from its publication.
