The signature showing is not your DSC, but it is the DSC issued to esic
when you insert the DSC token in the usb port it auto run and install some software and keys, let it do the same, run that software, enter the password of DSC token, and chek that same is registered on EPFO portal
if both match then go for approval, at the time of signing, it will display the DSC holder's name in place of *.esic.in select that token and proceed on

Kindly use Firefox version 52.3 after that your KYC will be approved digitally signed. There is problem in higher version of Firefox.

The basic browser requirement to process the same is simple.
EPFO has not upgraded the compatibility of its server portal with latest browsers.
3 Basic requirements:-
1) Active DSC
2) Mozilla firefox 48 browser
3) Java 8 update 144 (which will automatically take an update when we log in for KYC approval) from compatible browser.

Dear Seniors
I am using Firefox (32 bit), Guide me on how to digitally approve the KYCs of our employees. When I select approve it directs me to download java but even there is no other process carrying on.

EPF KYC problem will be solved if you download mozilla firefox 52 esr version. ESR version supports java plugin. Please try this as it solved my problem so suggested everyone to check out this solution.
