it does imply a team. The job profile of both donkeys are the same .i.e. to carry the load.Both are team sharing some amount f work among them. But if one tries to be too smart, you have just seen what happened.

Let me tell you another story. . .
Once upon a time a Washerman was bringing up two donkeys. Let us say Donkey-A and Donkey-B. Donkey-A felt it was very energetic and could do better than the other. It always tried to pull the washerman's attraction over it by taking more load and walking fast in front of him.
Donkey-B is a little lazy, so it will walk normal, irrespective of the washerman's presence. After a period of time, Washerman started pressurizing Donkey-B to be like Donkey-A. But Donkey-B unable to walk fast, got continuous punishment from washerman. It was crying and told personally to Donkey-A "Dear friend, only we two are here, why to compete with each other....we can carry equal load at normal speed ".
Donkey-A said to donkey B, "This is our job and I am doing with enthusiasm and happiness, you can also see things like me as we both are equal."
Donkey B did not accept this and it was difficult for it to carry the normal load itself. Donkey A carried more load and even it can run fast also.
Obviously happier washerman looked at Donkey-A.., gave more food and water and more time to relax, but the donkey A did not take it as an advantage it continued to do the work load and met the more than the expectation of the washerman. Washerman's BP raised when seeing Donkey B and he started kicking Donkey-B. Next day with more and more enthusiasm, Donkey-A carried more load and started running fast, due to the encouragement and continued to do the same. It was breathtaking for Donkey-B with a little over load and it couldn't act that way....But the washerman was frustrated, so he harassed Donkey-B terribly, and finally it fell down hopelessly.
Then Donkey-A felt itself as a supremo and happily started carrying more load with great speed. The washerman was more and more interested and care for the donkey gave more rest, shelter and food. Now the Load of the Donkey-B is also being carried by Donkey-A., and still it can run fast. It could meet the owner's satisfaction. Finally the day came the washerman died, Washerman friend who know about the donkey"s ability took it for a high price for his use.
Its an endless story....... ..
But the moral of the Story in Corporate and Social life is......, "It all matters which boss are you, u encourage people they do more enthusiastically and happily. .. "
Your are not a donkey whether it is washerman or his friend, you are a intangible asset for them. "Don't feel tiresome when ur under little more pressure, its an opportunity to show ur unrevealed knowledge . . "
