Dear All,
i m working in a Service Sector and my concern came under the Shops and Establishment ACT. we are having 10 branches all over the state, Plz let me know whether all the 10 branches are need to be registered seperately in that particular region or a single registration is enough for the 10 branches.

HI,
1. Fill the FORM 19 and FORM 10c with old PF no and ur details and submit it to the respective PF office through ur company.
2 Same way fill the FORM 19 and FORM 10c with the second alloted PF no and sumit it to the respective PF office through ur company.
3.within 15days to 1month you will get the PF amt seperately for both the PF nos.

I am working in a Pvt software company. We have strength of more than 100 employess, but there is no PF contribution from employer. Everybody is having basic of more than Rs. 10000/-.
Would like to know what are rules for PF deduction. Should company be 3 years old to deduct the PF....

Dear Sashi,
As you specified that you have the ESIC code and you have different outlets at different locations. Yes, you are supposed to get the sub code for every different branch in different cities.
Challan can be submitted at one place only but sub code is required to provide the Insurance cover to your associatess in lieu of the contribution deducted.

If you had the registered office with a Main ESIC code then there is a provision in ESIC act to pay the Challans in Consolidate Form at Main Location till time you receive the Sub code if applied for the same.
